There are a total of 5 lakes:
- Specimen Lake – 2.5 acres in size. Maximum number of anglers is 15.
- Chestnut Lake – Reliable runs water with Carp to 24lb.
- Willow Lake – Well stocked with Carp to 16lb and silvers.
- Oak Lake – Plenty of Bream and Tench to 10lb.
- Alder Lake – Designed for pole fishing.

- Day ticket on the specimen lake – £12.50.
- Day ticket for all other lakes – £8.
- Night fishing – £20 (leave by 10am the next day).
Rules:
- Catch and release.
- Barbless hooks only.
- Carp anglers must have an appropriate size landing net and unhooking mat.
- Take all litter home.
- Do not throw unused bait in the lake.
- No keep nets.
- Do not leave rods unattended.
- No fires.
- No disposable barbeques.
- Pay before you fish.
